Completely and totally satisfied with a very difficult job!
Short story; major sewage back up. diagnosed properly by 3 experienced workers with heavy duty equipment and some high tech gear. We learned the problem was not ours but the county’s as we had been told by Vito Plumbing.
Huge diffence to us since it will be the county’s responsibility to dig up the street and repair the line – not ours!
Price was reasonable, actually less than what we paid for the same job done improperly by Vito plumbing.
These guys were GREAT – don’t care what else is posted on Unilocal!GREAT!
We have no connection to JC Flood or Vito Plumbing but surely JC Flood has won our business forever!

I had an old pipe that bursted and water was shooting down to my utilities room. I was so desperate and called this company. At first, they sent a technician for the water heater then realized that I needed a plumber. A couple hours later, a plumber was sent and he did a quick fix by wrapping the pipe with tape and a clamp to hold it. Water was still dripping. I asked him can he do a better job, he said his boss will come later to give me an estimate. Before he left, he collected a check of $ 148.00 which will be credited to the new charge once the whole job is done. At the end of the day, another technician showed up and checked everything out and writed me an estimate of more than 3800.00 for everything. I asked again if he could fix the leak a little more so I could take a couple days to decide and come up with the money. The answer was that how it is until they do everything. I still had a big mess, full bucket of water each day until I could schedule another plumber. I called back to complain and the manager told me that how the charge is. If I need them to come back there will be other charges. I found a new plumber who came and automatically screwed the clamp tighter and stopped the leak right away. A day later, he came back and repaired the plumbing and the water heater. I couldn’t thank him enough for his honest opinion and quick response and off course a good result and price at the end. I will leave to the readers to judge this kind of service. To me. I just think that it was totally a rip off.
