J R’s Emergency Road Service

The person who came to assist with a dead battery gave me unbelievable attitude and when I asked her not to speak to me in that manner, she promptly left.
Unbelievable!

I needed my frozen car battery to be jumped after leaving it in the cold for over a week. I called JR’s after finding the number online. A very friendly man answered the phone, took my information, and told me that he would be the one coming to help me.
When he arrived, I realized that it was JR himself who was making my house call. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explained how to avoid such a problem in the future. He helped me right away and was on his way in about 5 min.
My only complaints were that it took an hour to arrive instead of the 15 – 20 min that he initially told me. I could only use cash to pay my $ 45 bill but he was unable to break a $ 20. Fortunately I was able to scrounge up exact change in my house.
