I had locs for five years and decided to comb them out. I had salvaged a little bit of hair and decided to loc again, only bigger. Chris was very patient with my questions, of which I know I asked plenty. He asked many as well, and I appreciated his genuine interest in providing me with exactly what I desired. This was also the first time I had my sides trimmed with clippers! My hair feels healthy and the look is polished.
The atmosphere is perfect. Great natural lighting, not too cold but perfect for the weather and wet hair. Clean, neat, the door to his stockroom was open and it was well-​stocked and organized.
The pricing is very reasonable and fair! I’ve paid more for mediocre service. I feel very comfortable putting my hair into Chris’s hands.

I have been going to Chris for about 13 years! This salon is so nice and so bright and airy! I love the set up! Very inviting and and very comfortable! And not to mention that Chris is VERY knowledgeable about styling hair! You can talk about anything from the Redskins, politics to hip hop music and pop culture! I love it!
The salon is in a very good location with ample (Free) parking across the street or metered parking on the street! There are plenty of options for food in the area whether it is next door or across the street!
Chris does very good consultations and is very responsible about maintaining and achieving healthy hair! He is a master at locs and loc maintenance and he is a wonder at relaxed hair! I love this salon! It is the most!
