This is a nice marina. For around $ 250 a month you can load up your boat here and use it when you please. Onsite they have water hoes connected for you to be able to clean up your boat at each boat parking spot with ample room between each boat that is next to the other.
It is a 7 block walk from Waterfront greenline metro, and close to McNair Army Base.

What a gem! Part of the park service in DC. Excellent fee scale. Nice picnic area. Parking included with slip fees. The only downside is no live aboard otherwise I guarantee my husband would be buying a BIG boat and that would be our new home since it’s right next door to his new office at ICAF. Convenient to metro as well. Clean and well maintained.
