I’ve lived at Kennedy Row for just over one year and it has been a great experience. I absolutely love the location which is close to interstate access. The building is always kept clean and even the custodian lady is very friendly. The office staff has always been courteous and prompt in addressing any concerns or maintenance issues. The maintenance staff is always quick to resolve any issues. My one bedroom is perfect for me. The rooftop is an added bonus with great views of the Capitol which is nice to take company up to. I like having the gym available for a quick workout even though I need to use it more! Lol Other than that, Kennedy Row is a great place to live.

The apartment itself is great. The construction is very well done. I never heard my neighbors. The roof is also a nice touch. Only negative is the location. You aren’t very close to any restaurants or grocery stores.
