Kevin Hassett – State Farm Insurance Agent

I appreciate State Farm. Kevin and his team are helpful. If Kevin is busy or out of the office, anyone else can take care of us. His son is even a notary. When I need an extra insurance card or any paperwork, I can get them right away. My questions are mostly answered on the first call. If someone has to get back to me, it is usually within one business day. We had an accident out of town & that complicated things a bit. The agents have been great at explaining details and walking us through the process. Kevin and his staff understand that kindness matters.

I am so relieved to finally have found a State Farm agent in DC who understands the importance of hiring professional, courteous staff! I don’t want this review to focus on negatives, but I have left 2 State Farm agents in DC for unresponsiveness and contacted 2 others who responded only after 10 days or didn’t even have voicemail set up.
Thankfully, the experience at Kevin Hassett’s office was a complete 180 from the other 4 agents! When my husband and I were in the process of buying a new house, I had no idea what to expect and was very stressed by the whole experience. I was so glad that at least I didn’t stress about the insurance! Keyonna was always prompt to respond, patient with the unexpected changes, knowledgeable when explaining the process and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. She was professional and courteous, and I am so relieved to have found someone who I trust to actually take care of things the first time. I’m sure Kevin is great to work with directly, but fortunately I haven’t had the need.
Kevin, please keep her, or at the very least, continue to invest in the personnel with whom your clients will be working. Other State Farm agents, please take note: you are losing customers by not investing enough in your front-​line staff.
