What I’d expect from a city location. Music level is annoying and help is slow. My biggest disappointment is that they don’t have packs of honey. How do you offer chicken nuggets & biscuits and not gave honey?
I filled out there online survey last time just to say how much I hate surveys. You get a free item on your next visit. But. Yes a big BUT. It’s only good at thus location & only for one week. Why bother.

This place is hit and miss. With the lines in drive thru and the food. sometimes they keep u waiting for ever, sometimes they are super fast. Sometimes the food is amazing other times not. We usually do get really good food so we go back again and again. :-) 50 – 50

Poor poor customer service. The girl was rude to not only me but to my uncle as well. She felt as though we were «bothering her».Then there is the customers… But then as we were waiting for our food I almost tripped at the soda fountain. Instead of asking if I was alright the sorry workers instead were talking about me right in front of my face! «I wanted her to trip so I could have a good laugh» one said to the other «man I would have loved to see that» said the next. I’m not returning to this one since the unprofessionalism (I know not a word) is through the roof.

This kfc location is very unprofessional, I just left there and my order was all wrong. the cashier at the drive thru with green tips of her hair was so rude rushing me and had no respect for myself or her self lol. She didn’t have a visible name tag so I can’t identify her overall my visit was horrible just being honest!!!

The location is convenient. We love the combo stores that include Taco Bell. The service isn’t always quick but the employees are nice. Mistakes are common but orders are corrected right away. Bonus points for letting me leave the hot sauce off of the tostadas.

WORST TACO BELL OR KFC EVER. Horrendous service– slow, rude, incompetent. Waited forever and then order was wrong. Quality of food is terrible compared to other Taco Bell’s and KFC’s I’ve eaten at. Everything was lukewarm and tasted… off. Interior was DIRTY. Probably rats and bugs crawling around the kitchen. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I wish there was a zero star. I would never go back there. I ordered two chicken littles and the bread was stuck to the paper like how am I supposed to eat that? The chicken was nasty and hard. I couldn’t even bite it. The worst part I waited 25 minutes for it.

Can I give no stars? Because I would if I could! Prepare yourself for slow service, cold food, and tons of attitude! I mean i wasn’t expecting a five star meal, but I was expecting FAST food! Not a thirty minute wait, wrong food order, an then when you tell them about it, they complain that they didn’t take the order… never again I swear.

It’s KFC what can you really expect? They are slow and usually don’t have certain foods. If you’re looking for fast service, then this is not the place to go. You really need to be in the mood for Taco Bell or Chicken to come here. Good Luck on getting out of there quickly!

Just left this trashy place and I’m not ever going back!!! The service was terrible the cashier’s were wack and the manager was a complete air head!!! On top of that my bestfriend ordered a slushy that looked amazingly delicious but tastes like water… yuck!!! Then we asked for ketchup one of the cashier comes back after a whole five mins and says «I don’t think we have any». seriously… smh!!! Im not even going to mention My steak taco. smh… I wish there was a star with a zero in the middle!!!

Long wait times in the drive thru and in the store. The speakers in the drive thru are terrible in terms of audibility. Didn’t have all items on the menu to serve. Avoid this place!!! Sadly this is the closest KFC to DC.
