I am a female. I was accosted by a large homeless gentleman asking for money. I told them I didn’t have any and they asked if I could buy food. I said okay I will order something for you. He then proceeded to follow me to the counter demanding a large order and tried to intimidate me into buying the items. The cashier left and went around the corner stating she would be right back. Left alone in the store with only its homeless denizens, who are always present, and of whom there were many in the store, all clasping the free courtesy cups of soda issued to them by staff, I beat a hasty retreat and got the hell out of there. I did not buy anything.

We stopped by to try this location that was not that great on another visit. The air conditioning wasn’t working the last time we were here & it wasn’t working on this visit either. Our order was correct this time. There was food on the table we were sitting at. There weren’t any napkins or plastic ware. I think this was probably our last visit to this location.

Sighs. Another ‘fast food’ place that i have to give sad ratings. The customer service(as aforementioned by other Unilocalers) is horrifying. The food was bland(at least to me), and what’s the point of calling it a fast food place is i have to spend over 10 minutes(more or less) waiting for my food. Just don’t do it for your own good.

If I could I would give this place negative stars. The customer service here is horrible, the workers have bad attitudes and are slow with your orders. The cashier, Ty, that waited on us spoke very softly. After realizing that we did not have any hot sauce, ketchup or condiments in our bag after receiving our order, I went back to the front and asked if I could have some condiments. During this time she was busy taking her time getting another order(it was a meal for her break), I politely kept saying«excuse me» to get her attention, I said it loud enough for her to hear, however, she pretended that she did not hear. Her coworker wasn’t even busy assisting someone else but also pretended to not hear me. About five minutes of waiting I finally got fed up and left the counter. Luckily, I had a bottle of bbq sauce in the car. The mashed potatoes tasted like shit, the chicken was wet and seem like it was reheated chicken from what was left over the night before. The only thing edible was the corn. This establishment needs a whole new staff and better management, also a condiment bar would be nice too.

Worst Customer Service of the Year! Few days ago, my fiancée and I went to KFC/Taco Bell because we were really hungry. I ordered some tacos; she ordered some chicken sandwiches. My fiancée tried to order two Chicken Little sandwiches, but the worker was really rude and said it is out of order! She decided to order a Chicken sandwich(combo 2, I think?) He said it is out of order too(it is only 4PM), so she gave up and ordered some spicy flavored wings. We waited for about 20 minutes to receive our food. The worker purposely skipped us because he already gave most of food to customers who stood behind us. The manager noticed that we stood and waited for 20 minutes. He asked for our receipts and yelled to the worker in front of us. We were really scared and wanted to leave quickly. The manager made another worker to make our food(another 10 minutes added!) Somehow, the manager forgets to give us our receipts back. When the worker gave us the food and asked for our receipts. I had to argue with him that the manager took our receipt, but he refused to believe me. I had to wait for about 5 minutes for him to find the manager to prove that I ordered food. My fiancée and I immediately left when we received our food. The hard tacos were broken; the spicy flavored wings were really dried. How the heck it took them about 30 minutes to prepare our food while it tasted old. I would not recommend anybody to go to this place again… Suck it up and drive to Maryland!

This is the only fast food joint where it is MANDATORY to check your order before pulling out of the drive-thru. When they get it right is when we’re surprised. When it comes to the side items, sometimes it seems like they just grab the closest sides as opposed to what was ordered. When I don’t get fried chicken from the Chinese takeout joints, I continue to go to this KFC because it’s close, there aren’t many KFCs in DC, I don’t care for other franchise chicken joints and, well, I’m not really sure why else. The food tastes the same as any other KFC. They don’t mess that up. They get one star because the customer service is terrible. Once we went back to the restaurant and told them that we go white meat inside of dark meat as ordered. They told us they were out of dark meat. When we asked why couldn’t they tell us when we placed the order, they were very nonchalant and not apologetic. Another time I ordered an extra biscuit. When handed the food, I asked if there were two biscuits in the bag, reiterating that I ordered two biscuits. I was told yes, went to the car, counted anyway, there was only one biscuit, went back inside and spoke to the same person who handed me the bag and she literally could care less that she told me there were two biscuits. If you love KFC(I do really, really like it) and can tolerate the epitome of poor customer service, then you’ll be okay.
