This doctor gives me really weird vibes. His tactics of comforting children are over the top in a manner that made me uncomfortable. Even my son (5 then) had issues with some of the comments he made. The front desk staff is incompetent with scheduling. We gave it a few shots, but we’re never going back.

Dr. Altmon is fantastic. I took our 3 ½ year old daughter to see him for her first trip to the dentist. She was a bit scared, but we walked in to a bright office with beautiful, colorful murals on the walls, and she calmed down. The staff was friendly and the waiting room immaculate, though there were no toys, just a TV blaring. Dr. Altmon and his hygienist were great — friendly and fun with kids. Our daughter laughed or smiled pretty much the whole time. I was impressed. She got a sticker and a balloon, and she spent the next hour talking about how much fun she had at the dentist. Aside from the TVs and the Disney princess paraphernalia, the experience was wonderful.
