This place is always packed and they’re understaffed. I make appointments, but it doesn’t seem to do much good here. Even with an appointment you can go 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging you. The last two times I went I waited for an extensive period of time before giving up and deciding it would be faster to drive to Arlington and start the waiting process all over again. That’s just crazy!

They were super fast and usually Im a hard stick but they got it on the first try! No wait either!

I came for a routine blood draw and arrived on time, and after my order was faxed to the lab I waited and waited and waited. There was only one technician manning the desk and doing the draws, and the office was really run down, out of date, and not even a magazine to read. There was a flood of some sort in one of the back rooms which may have been part of the cause, but coming in at 11:15 and leaving at 12:10isnt acceptable. Don’t go here if you have any alternative.
