Great restaurant with great food. Service was excellent and the employees were friendly and personable. 10⁄10 would recommend.

Very solid choice for carryout pizza and wings in the neighborhood — new owners are very friendly, had my order ready for pick-up right away. Tried two of the wing sauces this time(Thai chili and moon dust) — will try others in the future. Note the sign has the old phone number on it — new number is 202−808−9344.

The new owners are very personable. Both our pizza and mozzarella sticks were great. Definitely a great little area restaurant.

Tried to call and order a few pizzas for pick up on a Saturday afternoon and no one picked up the phone. Called 6 times over the course of 10 minutes; guess they don’t want my business.

This place is «what you see is what you get». It looks sketchy but it’s a good local pizza carry out and delivery in SW. The pizza is actually way better than you expect with an thick, chewy crust. Sauce is really good but they don’t use a lot of it. I don’t think the toppings are fresh so I stick with extra cheese and/or meat. They didn’t have spinach when I asked for that even though it’s listed on their menu. The ladies who work the cash register are nice and friendly. The guys who hang around leave more to be desired in the service category. The new hours sign says as of 7÷12÷15 no more delivery and they close at 9pm on Saturday and Sunday. Monday to Friday is 10a to 10p.

I had the cheese steak hot sub sandwich. It was good and hot(temp) even after walking for 15 minutes after picking it up. They didn’t skimp on the meat or cheese and had just the right amount of the other toppings that I asked for. The bread was good and was just the right amount. The place itself was smaller than I expected but good sized for a pickup and delivery place. Plenty of room for waiting but no where to sit and eat. All in all, good place. It didn’t blow my mind but I’ll be back.

Ordered carry out of the honey BBQ boneless wings. Incredible to say the least! The chicken was quality and they were very generous with the sauce. While the customer service may not be up to other restaurant’s standards, other restaurants don’t offer 12 wings for 8 dollars.

Sorry we’re not delivering today? C’mon guys take your shit off the delivery option and don’t answer the phone so rude. It’s called customer service.

The food was relatively good. I had no problem ordering pizzas from Leo’s. However I am never going back. While waiting to place an order, every time the kitchen door opened it smelled strongly of weed. That is disgusting. Especially in the food prep area. I don’t know what was going on but with the smell and the glazed over eyes of the food runner I do not feel comfortable with the kitchen handling food. We also waiting five minutes in front of the cashier without her asking for our order. It was horrible.

When I first started coming to the restaurant they had a great cashier who always remember exactly what I wanted. She even remember my name so if I called my order in she knew who exactly who I was. This great customer service is rare to find(that’s what kept me coming back). Now they have 2 new cashier’s who know nothing and keep getting my order wrong. This is very frustrating because I order the same thing and know the exact price. Leos please get better cashier’s!!!

The Wings here are out of control good. I’ve had the wings with medium, hot, BBQ, hot and spicy bbq, and the moon dust varieties and can’t stop eating them. I’m working my way through the rest of the sauces. The wings are good size, perfectly cooked, well coated with sauce or seasoning, and the sauces are awesome. These wings are legit. Try the pizza too. The pizza sauce may be a bit on the sweeter side for some, but it tastes great. The crust is perfect and the toppings are generous. This is definitely some of the better non-fancy pizza I’ve had in DC. If you want something other than a chain pizza or fancy pizza that’s cooked in a wood oven and comes topped with Arugula, Leo’s is your spot. Last, the prices are on point. Although the delivery area is somewhat limited, Leo’s is worth a pickup if you’re outside of their radius. I live in SW and have always had the food delivered quickly and piping hot. For those living in Southwest or Navy Yard that haven’t tried it yet, definitely give it a try. Leo’s is a hidden gem and it’s always nice to support a local business that’s doing things right.

This place is horrible two days in a row I have tried for these guys to deliver and the response I get we can’t deliver today. If you can’t deliver then remove that from your menus. This is the worst manged place in DC that I have encountered. If I could give you no stars I would but it doe not let me.

Leo’s has been our best delivery place during the football season. Love their Pizza and wings. I agree with the other posters, order your food ahead of time! If not for that, I’d give them five stars without blinking.

Everything I’ve gotten from there has been really good. — Pizza: A lot better than I expected, better then most places I’ve order from in DC — Subs: Good, I had a cold cut, and my Fiancé a hot veggie. It was better than Grand China’s. — Wings: Really good. I’ve tried their Thai Chili buffalo wings and regular whole wings with Mumbo Sauce. They have like 25 different sauces, next time I’m going to try Moon Dust which I’ve heard are really good. Service and speed could be better. Every time I’ve gone it’s felt like I had to wait forever so you should definitely call ahead, but at least the food’s good. There’s no where inside to eat, just benches to sit at while you wait, so you have to get it to go. They do delivery now(11am-9:30pm, $ 15 minimum, $ 2 Delivery Fee).

If u r a wing lover, then must try this place. Their wings r crispy and big! They put enough sauce on the chicken too. They have a wide selection of different sauces. There r about 50 different sauces. I tried buffalo and thai chilli. Both were great! I would love to try other sauces in the future. Be aware, this place is carry out only.

Good food, but service is terrible. Food took about 30 minutes or more to make and I was the only one here. I’d rather go to mcdonalds than come back here. There grill wasn’t even on. They had to reheat the grill and oil. And they weren’t even close to closing.

If you’re headed down to Nats Ballpark for a game, definitely stop in Leo’s before or after the game and get some legitimately good food for a lot less that you’ll pay inside the stadium. Still, not to temper the enthusiasm of the FTR, but something has to be genuinely special about a place for me to give a hole-in-the-wall carry-out establishment more than 3 stars. Leo’s didn’t quite make the«truly special» cut. I ordered a fried whitefish combo with onion rings and coleslaw. I got two huge fish fillets in a delicious crispy batter. The onion rings were disappointing in taste & in quantity. The coleslaw was good with a little hot sauce added to spice it up. I will say, they serve everything under the sun, and, yes, they will slather hot sauce on anything you order(if you want it). I wish I had known about the Mambo sauce the first reviewer raves about. Might just be worth a trip back.
