I should have trusted Unilocal.
I saw a positive review for Lillian Laurence elsewhere on the web and I decided to go ahead with purchasing a massage for my wife who has been very stressed out at work. She left the office early to make it in for their last appointment of the day (5pm). When she arrived the massage therapist wasn’t there. The receptionist was unable to reach her. Obviously I was furious, but even more so when I had to come in (because I had prepaid) to get a refund.
What really sealed the deal for me was that my wife wasn’t even offered a complimentary «we’re sorry» facial or any other treatment whose technician was available.
So thank you for ruining a surprise for my wife, causing her to lose billing time, and wasting my time as well. It was a delight.

I was very, very displeased with my spa day here. The receptionist was overly snobby. The woman giving me my massage and facial was really unpleasant. The sauna was cramped and uncomfortable. What really sealed the deal for me was when they charged $ 100 more than what I anticipated due to an additional facial treatment that I had been told would be complimentary.
I for one would not go back here if they paid me.
