L’Occitane

The customer service here is just excellent. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Lots of samples and just great products. It is pricey but that is the brand. I absolutely recommend this place if you need a quick gift for a relative or friend while passing through union station!

I came here today because I needed something that smelled of peppermint to get rid of a mouse in my apartment, apparently they hate the smell.
When I asked for it, the sales guy was like «do you just like the smell a lot?» and I said no, I need it for a mouse. He offered me some essential oil extract that is also supposed to be enhance your concentration. He was very nice and took my request seriously and at the end he asked me if he could add me to their customer registry.
I think anyone who can handle me in a store where I know almost nothing about their product and ask odd questions deserves a good review so I decided to write this one.
Of course, the $ 18 price wasn’t cool but if it works it’ll be worth every dime.
