I was actually quite pleased with their cleaning service — they actually showed up on time, and cleaned thoroughly and quickly, which may not seem that extraordinary, but when you’ve had as many services as I’ve had, it’s pretty incredible. Our relationship did not end well, however. One of the crew members damaged the handle on our freezer, and the owner, Angel, refused to investigate or accept responsibility despite having insurance. Luckily, the damage was completely covered by our warrantly, but I had to let them go on principle. If you can’t trust someone to own up for something so minor. ..

Save yourself the headache. It’s not worth the shouting match that you will inevitably get in with the owner after pointing out lackluster service.
