I didn’t like this Marshalls location at first. With the passing of time, I slowly but surely became a fan… This store is always well-kept and very organized. It’s rare to see anything out of place. It’s small compared to other locations in the area, but makes up for it with a great selection of brand names. I love the ladies clothing section! Calvin Klein, Tahari, Lucky Brand, and DKNY are just a few of the designer labels found here. The gourmet section is nice. It’s always filled to the brim with an assortment of olive oils, spices, cookies, teas, chips, and chocolates. The bath and body sections are always overflowing with brands like Alba, Dr. Bronner’s, and OPI. Oh! I’ve seen some products by The Body Shop also! The guys aren’t so lucky. The men’s clothing section is TINY. The selection is also very limited. The home goods department is worth checking out. The assortment of gadgets for the kitchen is astounding! Every now and then, I do feel the pain of sticker shock. During a recent visit, I spotted a pair of ladies designer shoes for $ 199.00! Pricey! The clearance sections are always abundantly filled with great bargains. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s not all peaches and cream when checking out though. The long line and wait at the registers can be very annoying. A shortage of employees could be the reason(there were only three staff members working at the registers a few days ago). If the management can make this issue disappear, I will gladly give a five star rating.

Great! They open till late. And tons of clearance stuff for women. There are some great brands which I don’t see at one near my house. It’s clean. Customer service was good too. They have a sweet doorman. I wonder if the massive pack man video game machine has been sold. It was more than $ 1000…

I don’t think they know that they’re a Marshalls. I went in when they first opened and walked right back out. I kept staring at tags trying to figure out whether or not I was looking at the«compare to department store prices» price or the actual markdown price. Just because you’re down the street from a Tiffany’s and Lord and Taylor doesn’t give you the right to pretend you’re one of them.

I was looking forward to this store and have been completely disappointed. Marshall’s is known to have great shoes — this one has had not one that this shoe-lover has wanted to get. Nothing worth getting in handbags either. As for the home section, it may as well not have one. To make it worse, the TJ Maxx down the street is not as good since Marshall’s opened. Get with it company. What happened to catering to your clientele?

Sorry marshalls/tj maxx corporation, but this store is very meh. First of all, what is the difference between tj’s and marshalls? And, even if they are somehow different they have virtually the same merchandise at the same price! That isn’t to say I won’t check out both during my occasional visit to f ’ ship heights, but I was pretty disappointed in the barren look of this new store. Come back, Filenes Basement, we miss you!

It’s brand new and that may be why it’s so clean and organized. It’s very well lit. The women’s clothes selection doesn’t have a great variety(yet?), specially athletics was a bit bare.
