Recently purchased a condo sold through McWilliams-​Ballard. The experience left much to be desired. The selling agent had subpar communication skills, the process appeared very disorganized, I was given conflicted information, and the selling agent didn’t even bother to show up for closing or handover of the key — which even surprised the agent from the title company.
