I have been visiting this dental office for while. I was never really happy with it, except my first visit, but thought it was OK until today experience. My main issue with this office is not with the doctor but with the management. My first visit was for a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Gentile. He was very nice and professional. However, I heard he no long worked there. In my following visits, the doctor Jreissaty was nice and friendly too, but the equipments he and the nurse used were horrible. 3 out of 4 of my visits, they had problem with the water pump and I ended up getting soaking wet after each visit. They kept explaining me that it was the issue with the building water system. Of course, I didn’t believe them but it didn’t bother me enough to switch to another dental office. It was just because I didn’t have time to look around for another one. Also, any time I’ve been there, the doctor and the nurse had problem finding their tools. I could see from my own experience that the doctors at this office are not bad but the management is horrible. Equipments are not well maintained. They are very old and some of them don’t work well any more. They overbook people and this is what driving me nuts. Today, I had to cancel some of my morning plan to go there for a dental appointment. However, I had to wait for 40 minutes and didn’t see the doctor at all. While I was waiting, nobody bothered to come saying an excuse for the delay. I guess because I didn’t complain, they thought it was OK for letting the patient waiting. I wouldn’t be that mad if they didn’t charge people for canceling appointment late or coming to the appointment late. Pro: doctors and front desk people are nice Con: management and facility are VERYVERYBAD!!! I WILLNEVERGOBACKTHEREAGAINANDWOULDNOTRECOMMENDANYONEEITHER.
