Visited Noodles n company for lunch for the first time and must say I was less than pleased. The service wasn’t bad however I ordered the Med which is a Mediterranean sandwich on flat bread with grilled chicken, mushrooms, spinach, red bell pepper, cucumber, onion and grilled chicken with a side of tomato basil bisque. Sounds yummy right? Well the soup was very tasty however my sandwich may have been more enjoyable if it wasn’t soaked in salad dressing. I was very disappointed and unable to finish the soggy pita. Maybe next time I will order with the salad dressing on the side; if there is a next time. … I have been meaning to update this review as I have been back many times and had a much better experience. One of my favorites is the penne pasta with Parmesan crusted chicken.

Completely mediocre. I ordered the Indonesian curry with chicken. There wasn’t nearly enough sauce, leaving the noodles mostly dry and tasteless. I doctored it up with Sriracha and soy sauce, which made it somewhat palatable, but I am never going back and I suggest you stay away as well.

When I first entered this restaurant, I immediately sensed cheap ass food. When my appetizer came out, chicken noodle soup, it was colder than my heart(which is below freezing). I thought to myself how could my experience dining at this cheap ass restaurant get any worse? And then that’s when my entrée came out. I ordered the Mac-n-cheese with grilled chicken. My noodles were harder than the SAT and my chicken still had feathers on it. Absolutely terrible. On the bright side, my snicker doodle was sub-par and the Coke freestyle was pretty cool. −1÷10 would recommend dining again. Absolute pig shit in a bowl.

I’m surprised at some of the negative reviews I have found on here. This is actually one of my favorite places to eat downtown. It’s fast, cheap, they’ve never given me a wrong order, and it tastes great! The portions are generous and overall I think the restaurant is well run. I would recommend the Japanese Pan Noodles or the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese. Keep up the good work, Noodles!

I just got my order of three noodle entrees and a rice krispy treat. Upon unwrapping my rice krispy treat from the plastic wrap, I was about to take a bite when I saw a metal staple stuck on top of the end portion. I was seriously MORTIFIED. What would happen if I didn’t see the staple and ate it? I could have swallowed the staple and gone to the hospital, bit down on the staple and ripped my gums open and gone to the hospital, who knows. What if I gave it to a kid or someone else who ingested the staple? I will not return to this location and do not recommend anyone eat here unless you are ok with improper and dangerous food handling practices. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Jo Jo, who was apologetic and offered me a free meal. Thats just not going to cut it. I’m not going back there. Ever.

Steak Stroganoff is good. Great fullfilling meal that are large proportions! Has the Coca Cola Freestyle fountain with 100+ options. Spacious seating area is a plus!

Ok, I should have know better when the cashier was not even done taking the order in front of me good, and asked me for mine. No one was behind me, and I was still deciding what I wanted. Ok, cool. Then, the staff, prepping food and bringing out orders, where not that happy to be at work either I guess. They were holding inappropriate conversations that should be held outside of work, and didn’t really seem to care either way. At least my food was good… Right

«Why am I giving a popular, generally high scoring establishment such a low score?,» you’re asking.(I know you’re on the edge of your seat to hear more!) In my experience, the take away portions are AWFUL!(I’ve only had to go orders.) Tonight, my salad literally had three bites of lettuce. Literally. Three. Bites. Another salad at least had perhaps five bites. Since the salad dressing was placed on the lettuce beforehand, the oil weighed our lettuce leafs down, making it painfully clear that the tiny cup-size containers were only ¼ full. Their employees should have surely noticed their error before packaging our order. Noodle orders have also shown up on the partially empty side. I would chalk it up to «settling» except that it’s occurred with everyone’s meal, not just mine.(See a recent photo.) This time, our small pasta bowls were rather on the mini side! It’s not that I consider myself glutinous, but I do hate paying for something and not receiving it. On a positive note, if you’re watching your waistline to ensure you fit into that holiday dress, eat here! There’s definitely not enough food to go to your hips. (One last note, the food is yummy. The cheese bread is too soft for carry-out and they could amp up the seasoning overall a bit, but otherwise, no complaints. The marinara is good, the dressing is homemade, the noodles are cooked well, and the cheese is decent.)

Slow service. Fairly standard noddles and soup. A lot of seating both indoor and outdoor

Either Noodles & Company gave me a small bowl when I asked for regular or their soups are kid-sized. I ordered(and was charged for) a Thai curry soup with steak to-go. The soup itself was okay but the noodles felt rubbery. I’m never going to a N&C again.

I have become a regular at this Noodles & Co. very quickly. Normally I am not one to review chains, especially larger ones, however today is an exception — with good reason. This Noodles & Co is stacked with a top tier work force that never ceases to amaze me. The workers here are kind, friendly, courteous, fun and efficient. I have to give a shout out to managerial staff because you have some real talent on your hands. The food is quick, and if not the crew here will do everything in their power to make it up to you. Even in the DC lunch rush this team seems to keep it together, if you notice anything array tell them and they will not cease until your experience is enhanced.

We thought it was really good. Good came out pretty quick, tasted yummy, our cashier was fine, and the guy who brought the food was nice. Plus freestyle coke machines are always great. My son had Wisconsin Mac and cheese, I had penne pasta with the Parmesan chicken and my husband had the pad Thai. Plus we had potstickers. Everything tasted great!

The quality of food at this Noodles and Company is similar to other locations. However, the service is particularly bad and management is apathetic on customer service. The cashier laughed and joked around with the other employees while taking my order, and interrupted me several times when I was ordering to do so. When I mentioned it to a manager, she said the cashier had allergies. She did not ask for an explanation of my dissatisfaction but instead gave that excuse. How do allergies have anything to do with giving decent customer service? Side note: The restaurant ran out of tofu at 5pm, and so the manager refunded me two dollars.

It was good, clean, quick service, clean bathrooms. Chicken was a tad dry but just a tad. Probably because I asked for so much stuff off of it and such. But I enjoyed the cleanliness.

Noodles and Co. and I go way back, so I might be a little biased when I write this. I think that in recent years, a lot of new fast-casual restaurants have popped up around the DC area so you have a lot more options. In that sense, Noodles does not really offer anything unique; you pick from a short menu of noodle dishes, select your meat, and wait about 5 – 10 minutes for the workers to bring your food out to you — all for under $ 10. Still, Noodles frequently sends out e-coupons to its mailing list that keep me coming back. You get a free bowl coupon on your birthday and numerous BOGO free coupons throughout the year. It’s a decent enough choice that becomes a no-brainer one you have these coupons in hand. Plus, you can order online for pick-up! My go-to orders here are the Japanese Pan Noodles(with steak), Pad Thai(with Chicken), and Tuscan Fresca(with Chicken). I’ve tried almost all of the noodles but generally don’t go for the soups or salads.

This place is false advertising at it’s best. They present illustrious pictures of what their dishes look like and turns out that it’s not up to standard. Go to Vapianos — cost the same and much better quality. By the way, while I’m talking about general dishes, I also have the Pesto Cavatappi in mind. The dish looks gorgeous with green pesto — just how it should look — in the picture they display. When you get it, it’s yellow. They charge you $ 1 for ‘extra’ pesto which isn’t even enough to make the dish look like it should — still yellow. I spoke to a manager about this and she said that she get’s this complaint a lot — well then, why the hell do you advertise it looking like fresh, luscious green pesto and you barely put enough pesto on it? Aren’t you ashamed that it comes out looking yellow because there’s hardly any pesto on the dish?

As a native Coloradan, I grew up with Noodles. The penne rosa is my go-to comfort food and I have to say… maybe the altitude affected my judgement, or maybe this location just isn’t as delicious as my previous experiences. The noodles were relatively flavorless, which is always easily rectified with Sriracha but, you know, shouldn’t be necessary. Still delicious, don’t get me wrong, just not up to par of my expectations. PROTIP: Skip the mac & cheese and go for the truffle mac & cheese. It’s about a million more calories, but let’s be honest: you weren’t expecting a healthy mac & cheese option, were you? Just go for it.

My first time to this particular location, but no stranger to Noodles & Co. I had their Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine w/grilled chicken today. It was very tasty and I love the al dente veggies. Definitely consistent with previous Noodles & Co. experiences, and this location is one of the only(if not the only) located Downtown, so pretty convenient if you work downtown or just happen to be in the area.

I’m on a cleanse at the moment so I said no fast food. I stumbled upon this place not aware it was fast food until I received my order. Whoops! And that’s what it is; fast food. I had the pork med salad and while the salad looked alright, the pork was extremely salty! I still finished the salad but I now have a bad taste of saltiness and siracha in my mouth now. The staff was very friendly and they modified my salad(dressing on the side) just like I asked for but there are other places to eat that are high on the taste and low on the salt.

I had the pleasure of attending a pre-opening event at Noodles this evening and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of entrees served. Menu consists of a cosmopolitan array of noodle dishes, with everything from your basic spaghetti and meatballs, to Asian inspired udon with soy sauce and julienned carrots. They also offer sandwiches, salads, soups, and a few appetizers — a perfect, yet simple array of cuisine to satisfy any palate. While it may not be the most gourmet or authentic noodle dishes, Noodles & Co. is a nice chain that is geared towards the average noodle lover looking for a quick, casual bite. I personally sampled the Bangkok Curry — cabbage and rice noodles with a nice mild curry sauce(I suspect it was coconut or peanut. Not spicy in the least). Take note, however, most dishes are higher in calories(which is typical for pasta). Fortunately they offer lower cal soups and salads for those who are watching their diet. Price wise, a full noodle dish with meat comes in at about $ 6. Add meat or tofu on for about $ 2 and a side soup or salad for just $ 1 more, and you have yourself quite the meal for $ 10. Half portions are also available for lighter appetites. Good stuff.
