Northwest Auto Body

Had a very frustrating unprofessional and sadly, negative experience with Northwestern Auto Body. I had some work being done because of an accident through Allstate. Allstate’s a Rep. Eddy was great, he even went to bat for me with the body shop trying to get them to make it right. But the work that Northwestern did was exactly 50% of what was supposed to be done. So when I showed up to get my car literally half the work was incomplete. The manager of Northestern said he would have his brother who was the shops representative call to see why this wasn’t done and they would figure it out… no call, no follow up. I had to call them. And as I explained to them I don’t have the insurance provided rental car anymore I can’t afford to go with out a car and pay for a rental car while they fixed the rest of the car I got no where. Just an exasperated Manager telling me and «I don’t know why he didn’t call you back, I am not him!» I will never do business with this shop again.
