Do NOT use this business for clothes that you like. I gave them 2 chances. First, asked them to hem a scarf and dry clean a sweater. The scarf hem frayed immediately and the sweater was returned at LEAST 2 sized larger! I tried every way to wash in hot water and dry at high heat in my washing machine, no change. They pressed it as large as it would get. I had to throw it away and I cannot get a replacement from Macys. Second, I gave them 2 linen jackets and said… NO STARCH, please. I got them back starched SO stiff, I could literally hold the jackets upward without support! One of them was blotchy and I think it was from the saturation of starch. When I told her I asked for NO starch, she said…“well, they put a little starch in.” I said…“When I say NO starch, I mean NO starch… and this is not a LITTLE starch anyway!” Do not waste your time, money and clothing on this business – there are several others in the area that do better work. it appears they just started this business with little or no experience. The name of this business is ironic!
