Like fine wine, Meghan’s hair cuts get even better with time. From the day you visit Meghan until the next time you see her, you’ll be looking right. She has a way of intuitively knowing just how to cut your hair so that as it grows out, it looks ah-​mazing. It actually saves me $$$, because I only have to visit about every three months. I’m sure I could get away with longer than that, but then I’d miss Meghan.
I get stopped on the street regularly by people asking about my hair. I love every second of it, of course. I am always so happy to recommend Meaghan. I’ve even been approached by other stylists! You know you’re looking right when that happens. One guy told me he used to be a stylist and he loved it when clients would ask him for my type of cut. He was so excited about my hair he was gushing! I got even more excited about my hair, as if that’s possible.
Meghan is is so masterful, so creative, I just let her do her thing. I just walk in, sit down and let her get to work. I always leave feeling like an even better version of myself, and you can’t put a price tag on that. When I have bad hair, I have a bad life. It’s not worth it. It’s preventable. Go see Meaghan.

Paul has been cutting my hair for nearly a year — every 4 weeks. I’m very pleased. He listens, takes his time and I always get great comments.

Bach = truly gifted colorist. Even though I live up the street, I probably never would have found this place if it weren’t for a Recoup deal. I often feel a bit funny about patronizing places for the first time on a «deal,» but from the first phone call to make the appointment to my actual visit, everything about my experience was so pleasant.
My phone calls were returned promptly and I felt enormously welcomed. The space is beautiful. The front room feels like I imagine the living room salon of a cool, wealthy European friend might feel.
But of course what is ultimately important is the hair. Bach listened to what I wanted, made suggestions that took into account my actual habits (i.e., salon visits every three months or so), as opposed to my fantasy land (where I get some crazy bright red color that requires ridiculous maintenance). In the end, I walked out of there with hair that felt like me, but several times better. It’s been about a month and the color is still wonderfully rich (and covering my grays!) and the texture of my hair couldn’t be better. I’ve gotten several compliments since about what «great hair» I’ve got, as if these locks were something I was born with, not the head that Bach made.

I went to this salon (read about them in Washingtonian magazine) as I was orange from a hairdresser overseas. Bach ran through the alternatives that would give me normal hair and whatever he did, I looked great. He told me that I would have to change my régime and I believe him. He was very professional. He also gave me a great short haircut. He had me come back a week later for more treatment but I really didn’t need it. He did show me how to blow dry my hair as I was going back overseas. I wish I was staying as I would have him as my hairdresser permanently. I’ll be back on my next trip and I’ve recommended him to my friends.
