Buying your first home or you second can be a stressful experience with all the process that goes into it and believe me it’s a lot of stuff you have to do. I am very lucky that I choose Payam not only did he find me the perfect house but he was there every step of the way he has a wealth of information and he helped me thru the underwriting process which is the most difficult there were so many obstacles and when your trying to close on a house in 30 days you need somebody that cares and is always available I trust this person he has proven to be the best of the best. I highly recommend him to all.
