Pizza Hut

I do not usually write reviews of national chain fast food restaurants but I swear that this establishment has done everything within it’s power to deserve my wrath. And deserve it, it has.
First off, this Pizza Hut does not deliver. What pizza place in major city do you know that doesn’t deliver?!! Oh, but the Papa John’s approximately two blocks away… yeah, of course they deliver. So there really aren’t any excuses. If you are so inclined to actually show up in order to carryout your Pizza, take my advice: don’t.
Because pizza hut was running such a great special (two options, which include medium 1-​topping pizzas, for $ 10) I decided to give this Pizza Hut one more chance. I really wish I hadn’t. I went online at 11 AM (yes, in the morning!) and placed an order for a medium pepperoni pizza and boneless wings to be picked up at 5 PM that evening. That’s right folks, I provided them with 6 HOURS advanced notice for my order, because this place is notorious for long waits.
I arrived at Pizza Hut at 4:58 PM and do you think my order was ready? Of course not. It wasn’t even a situation where it was in the oven and just needed to cook for a few more minutes. Nope. Matter of fact, THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED MAKING IT!!! I had to double check my email confirmation which clearly stated that my order would be ready for carryout at 5 PM (not would begin to be prepared at 5 PM). Of course the staff could provide no explanations outside of letting me know that they’ll check on the order.
I had to wait around for over 25 minutes and watch as numerous people who ordered well after my 11 AM online order grab their food and go their merry way. Yes, you read that correctly; my 5 PM pick-​up time order was not actually ready until 5:25 PM.
I value my time more than I value this Pizza Hut’s poor customer service so I’ll never patronize this place again. I’ll gladly pay an extra $ 5-​$ 10 and take my business to Papa John’s down the street who will not only have my order ready on time, but will also actually bring it to my home. I’m so over this place.

Put in an online order, I still had to wait quite a bit for my food. However, the ladies working in the back we’re very pleasant and nice.

Worse customer service ever! I just don’t understand why people who aren’t very friendly choose to work in the service industry. The food is fine, but the service is terrible, which is particularly important since you can only do carry-​out. If they simply learned how to treat customers this restaurant would get more stars.

This place got some good boneless wings in the area. Everytime i want a lil something to fill me up, its always comes down to pizza hut and there wings. Everytime i order there i get the box pizza as well. The cheese sticks are good when they come with the 10 $ box
