WHAT! 4 stars, 5 stars!!! for what? these gotta be from THEM, their friends, family, or associates. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Those that give anything more than two stars must be use to people speaking to them as if you need them. The people that answer the phone are lacking everything… and when I say everything. I mean EVERYTHING! I refuse to give my money to rude people! I WILL NEVER, EVER, use them again. The service is quick, but so are other courier companies in the area.

I agree that the individuals who answer the phone are extremely rude and make you feel like you are wasting their time. I can only recall one time when I had a good phone experience with QMS. I am surprised at how consistently rude each person is whenever I call– to the point that I put my guard up every time I place an order or pay a bill with them. Others in my office and friends in other offices share this opinion.
Besides customer service issues, QMS is always very fast and reliable. The actual people who come to pick up the deliveries are alwasy very nice.

Maybe you’re lazy. Maybe you’re incredibly busy. Either way, Quick Messenger will not judge you.
What they will do is quickly and efficiently pick up and drop off things for you at a reasonable price.
The process was quite simple:
I called.
I told them the pick up and drop off address.
I gave them my credit card number.
I waited.
Super easy.
A gentleman was at my apartment in less time than it takes for pizza delivery to take place and dropped off the package within the next hour.
I then received a confirmation email indicating that the package had been successfully delivered.
My quote was originally $ 25 but if you mention Unilocal,they have a special going on right now where you can get 25% off of your first order and they honored that.
With gas prices being so high and traffic so terribly congested around here, it’s a pretty good investment if you need something delivered in a jiffy!
