My Bulgogi wrap with vegetables was amazing and I will definitely be going there again. Also, they tried to offer me a free beverage because I had to wait in the rain, which was very thoughtful of them. Soooooo good.

There food is delicious. I wish they were in NOMA more often. The beef is so tender and perfectly marinated. It does take a little time to get your order, but it is well worth it.

I’ve eaten at this truck about three times since its opening earlier this fall. I spent my entire summer eating Korean BBQ in the Bay Area and this truck really helps me get my fix! It’s the best Korean I’ve had in the district, period. The Ssam is very delicious. If you want a giant portion though I recommend the lunch box! It’s huge. You can easily spread it across lunch and dinner if you’re not starving. It’s a very healthy helping for the small price bump over the Ssam. I recommend the pork belly and the bulgogi. Both are very flavorful and juicy! If you crave Korean BBQ and you live in the district, YOU’REGOINGTOLOVETHISTRUCK!

Watch out other Korean and Asian-Fusion trucks, because some stiff competition is rolling your way. That competition is Rolling Cow, and man, they popped onto the scene with a solid menu, great customer service, and a snazzy and clean truck! While they may need to streamline their ordering system a little, the individually prepared food is delivered hot, fresh and in huge serving sizes. To top it off, the dishes are prepared with aesthetics in mind too as my pic and others will show. Overall, Rolling Cow is a great addition to the DC food truck scene and I look forward to trying their pork next time. Only downgraded to a 4 as they will improve as they get into the groove of it. I wouldn’t say that the individual meats, rice, salad, etc are the absolute best of DC, but the combination in such generous portions is easily in line with the best that our city has to offer. Give them a try! Go early though if you want to have all menu options available. P. S. — The Go Go-Ma Potato Chips are delicious! Lightly sweet potatoes seasoned with a dash of sea salt. Thinly sliced with a delicate crunch :-)

Guys and Gals, this truck is LEGIT(straight up !). The pork is really tasty, bulgogi is nice. The lunch box(with rice and greens) is a crazy insane amount of food — two meals at least. Rolling Cow’s take on ssam is pretty tasty, if a little hard to eat(because of the sticky rice paper wrapper). Basically, think cross of Vietnamese spring roll and burrito I haven’t tried the bun option or chicken yet, but maybe that’s next. Rolling Cow ruck is new, so I understand the kitchen and front-of-truck gotta work out a system. So why the 4 stars? Dude, the egg… THEEGG. You get an option to add a fried egg to your lunchbox, which, DUH, who would say no??? But Rolling Cow does something weird. They salt and season the egg and fry them over hard. GUYS, WHY? Eggs are perfect. Fried eggs on rice are a little slice of heaven. Why mess with it? What you’re doing doesn’t add much — the meat is already super flavorful! The overly salty, overcooked egg really detracts from an otherwise awesome meal. Please reconsider just straight up putting a fried egg — no seasoning — in its simple perfection. It would make fans like me so happy! So, from a fan, don’t try too hard on the food — you’re already on the right track. I assume you’ll work out the service issues you got right now(hey, at least you’re busy!). Look forward to ordering from you the next time.

There are lots of Korean food trucks and I don’t know why it’s hard for them to get it right. But this one does! I loved the pork belly on rice! Next time I will add the fried egg. The salad could be more interesting. Still, I give it 5 stars.

Out of all of the Food Trucks I have given a chance, Rolling Cow is by far my favorite. It was my first time trying Korean BBQ and I can honestly say I have found my new go to lunch spot! Their chicken and steak is absolutely delicious, and their Keilbasa is even better! Make sure to give them a try if you see them in an area near you!

One of my favorite trucks after the first visit. My office is right by Farragut Square so lunch options are aplenty. I don’t go to food trucks every day, but I’ve tried a number of them and the other day Rolling Cow caught my eye. Hands down the best food I’ve ever had from a food truck along with the best Korean BBQ truck in DC. I got the Bulgogi wrap and the taste and quality of the beef was better than some established Korean restaurants; I’ve been to a lot of spots in Annandale. The marinade really pops with this great taste and flavor. The beef came in a good portion with nice heavy pieces. The wrap had hot fried rice that was just cooked and crisp fresh salad. It was best tasting food I’ve had in a long time. Being in a wrap makes it a very unique experience. Even the side of Kimchee was bangin. Fresh, red juicy pieces, homemade feel. Everything blew away and exceeded any expectation I had. These guys also make their own chips which are borderline addicting. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.
