Incredibly unprofessional staff. We have always paid our rent, and the manager «lost» one of our payments then sued us for money. The unfortunate thing for her is that we have the money order stubs with her signature on them proving that we paid the bill in full. We have been ordered to appear in court, and when asked by us about this, she was apologetic then said she would have the case dismissed. She has done nothing, and the court date is in three days. The regional manager’s voicemail says that she will be unavailable for another week. Simply no words…
