After having a terrible waxing experience, I was apprehensive to try a new spot. Aisha did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable with my experience! I would definitely recommend Aisha to anybody and plan to be back in the future!

Loved it! Location is near the train, easily visible, and so clean. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with relaxing aromas and a beautiful atmosphere. Aisha was equally welcoming. After filling out a brief form, she started with my brows-​EXCELLENT RESUTS! One of the best waxing jobs ever.

FINALLY who knew a salon I’d love was in my neighborhood. I have been EVERYWHERE but I found Salon Nardos through Gilt City. Aisha was AMAZING! She does not treat you like a «coupon» customer and if you are like me will never plan to go anywhere else. She does what is best for your skin. She knew how upset I had been about not having acne under control and she really has been helping me out with out over charging me!
She also did my Brazilian wax and I’ll be back for next. Very clean comfortable environment. Quick, thorough, and not painful!

I went here for a brazilian wax and had a great experience. Booking an appointment was super easy through their online system. The salon is warm and inviting, and after filling out a short questionnaire I was taken back to the private waxing room. Aisha was very friendly and asked for my preferences throughout the experience. She was quick but thorough. I had had a lot of waxing done, and this was the least painful it has ever been. I used a Gilt city voucher that had expired and had no issues. I will definitely return, and would recommend to others!

I highly recommend the facialist, Aisha Masac. I have had three facials with her and they have all been fantastic. Not only is the facial a wonderfully relaxing experience, I really feel that Aisha is customizing the facial to meet my needs and actually treating my skin. I like that she uses treatment tools such as light therapy during the facial, at no additional cost. I have had a lot of facials in my life but have never felt compelled to stick with one facialist, until Aisha! Check out Gilt City DC for her deals on facials.

I have reviewed A. Massac’s facials under Skin Savvy Spa (Salon Nardos is in the same location). But I just wanted to (again) give her 7 stars (you can’t see the other two).
I think she is offering a wider variety of services now, and if you’ve discovered that certain treatments aren’t appropriate for your skin (hopefully not the hard way), I guarantee she will know an alternative that works for you.
I rate her prices as inexpensive, but be reasonable. That is relative to prices for professional facials in the D.C. area.
As an aside — Given the choice between using the appointment scheduling platform and scheduling directly with her, go direct. Or maybe it works if you’re more low-​key. I just hate having to wait until my appointment is confirmed, but I wouldn’t downgrade the salon for that.

Cherie has seen my hair through many lengths and styles and has handle them all! I’ve followed her around the city over the years as she worked in various shops and am so happy she’s finally opened her own shop in Salon Nardos.

I leave completely refreshed after my facials. I forget I’m in DC and feel like I’m treating myself on vacation! Aisha is so knowledgable and understands my sensitive skin. This is now a routine must!

I very much enjoyed my experience. I was so late and was willing to pay for my service because I didn’t call. She took me anyway and did a fabulous job.

I enjoyed a wonderful exfoliating treatment and facial. I topped it all off with waxing treatment.
The warm, friendly, accommodating reception and great customer service definitely noteworthy. The offering of complimentary drinks (juices, water …) nice touch, too!

Great customer services in a tranquil environment! The staff are nice and genuine. No matter the service, I leave with my expectations exceeded!
It’s a little hard to find on your 1^st visit, but that’s because its little hidden gem… which are always treasured once you stumble upon them! So take the time to check them out… you won’t be disappointed!
