I came to this place for the first time and was literally amazed! They have such a great choice of beautiful jewelry that I was surprised by their diamonds and emeralds. The service was very nice. They changed the battery in my Gucci watch very professionally. Definitely I will come again.

I need to start this review out by saying that I am probably one of the pickiest and most difficult people a person can buy a gift for — let alone an engagement ring. That being said, after mine and my husband’s experience with Zeke at Secrete, we will never go anywhere else.
My husband purchased my engagement ring from Secrete after he gave Zeke, the owner, a description of the type of ring I wanted — something vintage and art deco with a cognac-​colored cushion shaped diamond, surrounded by french cut emeralds, and a rose gold band. I’m talking like some Great Gatsby avant garde stuff. Simple, right? After many months of searching and going through what may have very well been over 100 jewelry stores, my husband finally found something he knew I would love. Most other jewelry stores told my husband they wouldn’t be able to help him, but not Secrete. Zeke and his team were up for the challenge, and thanks to them and all of my husband’s hard work, I have my dream engagement ring.
My husband ended up choosing a ring that did have tiny french cut emeralds; however, instead of a cognac-​colored cushion shaped diamond, he ended up choosing a round white diamond outlined in tiny onyx diamonds with the french cut emeralds surrounding that with a platinum band instead of a rose gold one. It is honestly more beautiful and perfect than the ring I originally wanted. Zeke and his team at Secrete customized the ring perfectly and worked with my husband for months and hours on end trying to make the perfect ring. I was so happy with my ring that my husband and I went back and got our wedding bands done there as well.
To all future husbands: if you are planning to buy an engagement ring or any piece of jewelry for your significant other for that matter, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but Secrete. They put the time, the effort, and the care into making a very stressful yet important experience easy and simple, and the quality of their craftsmanship is nothing short of perfection. Thank you Zeke and Secrete for giving me the ring of my dreams! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been wanting to write this review because I noticed some negative reviews that made me nervous when I first received my ring. My Fiancé got my engagement ring here after I spotted the most gorgeous ring here a few years ago. They custom created my ring with my Fiancé and it is absolutely the most perfect piece of jewelry I have ever seen let alone owned. They worked with me to make a few small adjustments to the ring after I received it so that it was absolutely perfect in my mind, and they resized it multiple times since the diamond area is big and the band is thin which was causing the ring to move around on my finger. After a few meetings with them I had something that is literally perfect, of course at no extra charge to my Fiancé. I get compliments on my ring everywhere I go. It is original and stunning and I love that others enjoy admiring it as much as I do. I stop into the store regularly and they always clean my ring for free and it always comes out sparking out of control! I have had my ring about 7 months now and it is still as pristine looking as the day my Fiancé proposed. I couldn’t have gotten the ring of my dreams anywhere else and the service has been totally solid. We worked primarily with one of the designers name Duke. Duke is super helpful and gave us no trouble about making tweaks to the ring. I saw some reviews that said the staff was rude or smug, I would say no one at the store is really gushing but I think it’s just their personalities, they take their job seriously and whatever you need them to do — they will get done. It’s helpful to have a point person who you speak with every time you go in so that they are familiar with you and your piece of jewelry.

Went to them to get my engagement ring sized and the experience was so good we decided to have our wedding rings made there. The service was excellent, especially how they respected our budget and didn’t try to upsell us on rings. They even found a way to get us what we wanted for slightly less! We picked up our rings yesterday and their perfect with lovely wooden boxes to hold them in. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Avoid. Poor, officious staff, smug service. Stopped in to have a watch battery replaced. After a few minutes with watch in a rear room out of sight, clerk returned with the watch and in plain sight yanked out the watch stem. Without saying a word, this clerk returned to the back room with the watch. After another minute or two, the clerk who damaged the watch and a manager returned to tell me the battery was replaced, but the watch stem was broken and as a result they could not set the time. Both confessed ignorance at how the watch was damaged, even though I witnessed the whole event. The manager then proceeded to tell me there was no way his clerk could have broken the stem, but for $ 50 or so «his watch repair» could replace the stem. Yikes. I refused and said I witnessed the clerk damaging the watch. At that point the manager said there was nothing they could do, but he would not charge me for the new battery.
Now I have a watch with a new battery that is unusable. Very smug attitude; poor service. If the watch had been valuable, I might have insisted the watch be repaired, but it was not, so I left.
Beware is all I can suggest…

Stopped in to check out a Rolex in the window. Both people were extremely knowledgable and helpful on the estate and new watches. We received free ring cleaning! Almost purchased the watch because of their help. Nice place!
