These people are absolutely AMAZING. The best apartment complex I have ever lived in. and probably will ever live in. EXTREMELY clean every day, they respond to any type of maintenance requests right away, the building management are responsible, kind, on top of everything, and treat you like family.
Dear WC Smith properties, please give these amazing people a raise.
My rent is low relative to the location, the location is great. I really can’t complain. seriously trying to think of cons and I can’t.maybe that it is too hot in the winter. but that is not a con to me.
