Love everything about this store! I visited the store today during my business trip to DC to enquire about replacing my Shinola watch battery. Tess was there to greet me with a smile and fantastic attitude. I filed out a quick repair form and Tess took care of sending the watch back to the shop. I then shopped for a few minutes and walked out with a new belt and monogramed notebook with the help of Tess. I am a discerning buyer and I can tell immediately how well made the products are from Shinola. I don’t mind paying a little for quality and great service. I did a little research on Shinola two years ago after my sister told me about them. She lives and the Detroit area and I really appreciate what Shinola has done for Detroit. I plan to purchase a nice Shinola watch for my son when he graduates from college soon because I know he will use it for years to come. Keep up the good work Shinola!
