I wish there was a way I could give this property management 0 stars. A week after we moved in, maintenance come into my apartment one morning without notice or EVENKNOCKING. They just turned the key and opened my door. According to the maintenance guy, he was unaware the apartment was occupied. There is no grass on the grounds, only mud. Watching your step is über important. The biggest problem we have is the radiators and hot water. We signed a lease that said all utilities were included, except electricity. So we assumed the radiators would be available to use whenever the weather warranted. INCORRECT. This is been a winter riddled with«polar vortexes» and snow. The last thing I should have to worry about is staying warm inside of my apartment, but it is. Constant concern whether the radiator will be on or not. The icing on the cake is if the radiators are on, there is NOHOTWATER. So if you want to take a hot shower, just know that it will be in a freezing cold bathroom. And if the bathroom is warm, you will be taking a cold shower. I decided to write this review today after I went to wash my hands and not only is there no hot water, but no water flows out of the faucet. They have turned off our water without any kind of notice to the residents. If though the rent is pretty low and there are no rodents, you don’t want to be without heat in 9 degree weather or without hot water when you are ready to shower.
