Urban is a new therapeutic bodywork spa operated by Yasheika Anglin. Her specialty is Reiki. She is a Reiki Master and as of this writing is currently doing free sessions for people just to build up awareness about her business and Reiki.
I had had a little exposure to Reiki prior to our appointment, but this my first full-​on bodywork session. Yasheika immediately made me feel comfortable and explained what she was doing. It was a terrific experience: very relaxing and I truly felt negative emotions and energy leaving my body. Reiki can be a very emotional experience for some — it is a form of healing — but I really felt terrific and rejuvenated afterwards.
I highly recommend a Reiki session with Yasheika!
