I’ve been coming here for a little over a month and it’s great. I’m in the beginners classes.
The coach, Marcus, is great. He’s very friendly and knows his stuff. He challenges beginners as if you’re going to play a game next week. :-)
They have adult beginners class at 10am on Saturdays, as well as 8pm & 9pm during the week. I know there is an intermediate class during the week, as well as Saturdays at 9am.
As a DC resident, the cost is only $ 10/​lesson (lessons are 1 hour) — city life is paying dividends. Whoo hoo!
And with the indoor courts, you can practice your game during the cold months. You’ll be ready, come springtime, to kick butt & take names. :-D
Note: They have rackets for you to borrow, if you don’t have one. Just bring some water, extra set of lungs, a «can-​do» attitude, and you’re good to go. :-)
