Never buy a cell phone here… I bought my IPhone 4 here… And they are a third party Sprint outlet store… The idiots who work there are illiterate… They don’t know how to work on a computer… They don’t even know how to transfer contacts from an IPhone 4 to an IPhone 6…

I only went in to buy a charger and the procedure was a real ordeal. For example, it took 5 minutes to type in my address on their receipt thing(no clue why they needed it to begin with) and every single word was misspelled. Afterwards, it was taking them forever to figure out how to charge my credit card. I offered to pay cash if it was faster and initially they said no and continued to do who knows what with my credit card. Finally, they gave up and took me up on my offer to pay cash…(sigh). When I returned later because the charger turned out to be not what I wanted, it turned out I had to wait in a long line to talk about it. I don’t wish it on anyone to deal with the employees there.

PC Paging and wireless used to be my favorite store for Nextel /Sprint and phone accessories. The store was always clean and staff was friendly. The owners were then lucky enough to sell the store. Unfortunately that is where my happy story ends. Since the sale, the store is constantly cluttered with piles of random phones stacked everywhere and employees who don’t have a clue what is going on. Additionally, they sold me used equipment as new, signed me up for a plan that was 2x more than I agreed to and have no idea the stock that is in the store. Further, they lied to me numerous times and management did not care at all. If your option to communicate is between smoke signal or PC Paging and Wireless, I might start gathering sticks. Matt
