This location is ok. Never too busy during the mornings and everyone is very nice. They totally forgot my order for like ten minutes and we are just sitting there and the cashier never put in our breakfast sandwich in the oven :(. Otherwise they are just normal Starbucks. Four stars since they haven’t messed up since the first time.

Staff is normally pretty nice, except tonight. While I want to give this store four stars for normally good service and appearance, I can’t because they can’t seem to grind my coffee on a course french press setting. I don’t know if they need to clean their grinder or get a new one, but it always comes out super fine, which makes it taste like gas station coffee when I make it at home. I’m guessing their drip coffee doesn’t taste right either. And this is actually the third Starbucks this has happened at, so tonight, I asked for my money back (and I hate being wasteful). I think it’s time to switch brands after almost a decade. How disappointing.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a total of about 10 times. They’ve only made my drink right once. Which is only iced coffee! The wprst part is they always charge me for the wrong thing and then get mad when I correct them. They are all so rude and it’s never clean in there.

This is my favorite starbucks in dc! It’s also the closest, which helps! The staff is always really friendly, and the store is really clean. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I look forward to going back!

Staff clueless and selling drinks at the front that they have no supplies to make. Dirty appearance inside and out.

Pretty average overall. Two biggest main complaints… First, music is way too loud. I can’t help but feel like they do that intentionally so that you get in and get out and don’t linger too long and do work. Second, menu advertises cold brew but that store location does not sell cold brew!

Big disappointment. We were so excited for this new Starbucks to open, and eagerly watched its construction. However, on three different days, different baristas messed up the orders — not by mistakenly giving us the wrong drinks, but by making coffee drinks that tasted terrible.
On one of our visits, another customer loudly voiced the same complaint that we had.
Yes, it’s a clean and pleasant store, and yes the staff is polite. But it doesn’t meet the Starbucks standard of excellence, in terms of quality control. Three strikes.

Dixon, CA
A lovely brand new Starbucks right by Walmart just a few blocks from several hotels like The Washington Court & The George.
There is another (better known) Starbucks a couple blocks away, but the line there can be a monster, understandable considering it’s proximity to Georgetown University Law Center.
I love the style of these new stores, with the raw wood and exposed filament bulbs. There are a few seats in the window — perfect for people watching.
