Usually, I have little problem here(save breathing room), but today, staff seemed inattentive. I ordered a skinny vanilla misto and when I started drinking in earnest while walking to my office, I discovered(or, at least, believe) they made me something else entirely: foamy, no vanilla flavor and, frankly, reminiscent of dishwater. They may not have even charged me. I’m not sure my scanned iPhone gold card registered and when I pointed this out a couple of times to the barista at the register, he appeared not to have heard me. I’m always up for free anything, but this is just a lack of concern for customer and company.

I wasn’t sure why I stopped here so often when there’s a full sized Starbucks the same walking distance. It’s the customer service here. Smiles all around! Makes the day more cheerful. The lines in the morning snake within a very small space. No seating area, hardly any retail items, but a newspaper and a good cuppa joe. There’s always a car or two illegally parked as the owner dashes in to get coffee.

Very small starbucks café with no seats, friendly and quick service. One star off for the price.

I’m really not surprised this Starbucks doesn’t have any reviews. It is literally the smallest Starbucks, nay, smallest cofee shop, I have ever seen. At maybe 2 – 300 square feet of customer area and nary a place to sit, this place gets insanely crowded during the AM rush. Lines are swirling around the place twice over as people try to squeeze through to pour milk in to their 2⁄3 full ice coffee and get out the door. While I try not to stop by more than once every week or two, the staff are always the same, friendly faces every single morning and seem to have a good rapport with a lot of the regulars. My drinks are always perfect and my Greek Yogurt Honey Parfait is always well stocked. No complaints here except the size… but that’s what makes it a little fun.
