I’ve been seeing Dr. Wall for over 9 years now for allergies, general ENT matters, and he even performed surgery on my ear. I’m sorry there are negative reviews here, because I can honestly say every time I have visited his office I have had no issues with him or anyone at the reception desk. Looking at the reviews below, I do recall once interacting with a woman who maybe didn’t have perfect command of the English language, but she was not difficult to deal with or incompetent by any means. I’m not sure why someone would ask a receptionist a technical medical question that should be directed towards a nurse or doctor, only to be bothered that she didn’t have the answer.
His appointments run pretty well on time, which is amazing considering when he is with you as a patient, he genuinely takes his time explaining the situation and discussing various treatment options.
I’ve never had a payment issue. I’ve never had a scheduling issue. In fact, when I called in today to make an appointment, the scheduler felt bad that it was a week before the next opening. She told me to please call back intermittently to check for cancellations. I didn’t ask… she offered and said it would be no bother. I’m certainly impressed by their willingness to help.
I have recommended Dr. Wall to several people over the years who have also had excellent treatment. I will gladly continue to do so.

It’s a shame there are negative reviews here. Receptionist friendly and efficient. Dr Wall is simply a smart and competent doctor who explains everything thoroughly. He was recommended by a friend and I would recommend him to others.

I would’ve loved experiencing the midas touch of Dr. Wall; however, the incoherent receptionist with whom I spoke via phone made it an impossibility. I could not understand a word she said, nor did she seem to understand my basic question: Does Dr. Wall practice tissue welding for his tonsillectomy procedures? She didn’t understand the term «tissue welding,» and strung me along with painful pauses and repetition of «the doctor prack-​tee-​sis awl air-​ee-​ahs of ear, nose, an (d) throat,» before admitting she hadn’t a clue what I was asking. Oh well. I bet he is wonderful for someone else, someone undeterred by Ninth Circle of Hell obstacle courses in scheduling an appointment.

Let me first say that my personal interaction with Dr. Wall was very good. Easy to talk to, thorough, and generally pleasant. However, his office as a whole is unreliable and poorly managed. I would recommend GOING ELSEWHERE. I see Dr. Wall for allergies but the last few times I have had problems he hasn’t been there.
The latest example is that I just tried to have my allergy prescription refilled but it had run out. My pharmacy contacted Dr. Wall’s office and got radio silence for 3 days. I finally contacted Dr. Wall’s office and I was told that I needed to visit the doctor at least once a year to have a prescription renewed. Yet, no one ever told me this and they have been renewing my prescription for 2 years. It would have been helpful had they contacted me to tell me this and explain why my prescription wasn’t being filled. But they didn’t and now I am without my medication.
Of course, when I asked if I could make an appointment ASAP they told me Dr. Wall as out of the office for the next 5 days and recommended I go to the ER. Unbelievable. They didn’t seem to care, were not at all helpful and were rude when I started asking questions.

For someone who is not the biggest fan of going to the doctors (it’s completely irrational, I know), I have had very pleasant and easy experiences when going to, and talking with, Dr. Wall’s office.
For one, he’s very straightforward and will give you tons of information about ENT-​related things. He is amenable to listening to and answering questions (which, as I’m sure many of you know, is not always the case with some MD’s). And the cherry on the top is the fact that the front-​office staff are personable and considerate. I spoke with one of his staff members today re: an appointment and she actually asked how I was feeling! That genuine concern for the patient is a rarity (unfortunately) in most doctor’s office.
If you have need of an ENT, I recommend Dr. Wall.
