never been to a subway that is SO stingy with their veggies. like, can i get more than five shreds of lettuce? this sandwich is bare. i really would have walked out if i didn’t feel bad for not giving them my $ 7 for a footlong loaf of bread. save your money and split a Taylor sandwich into two meals.

Usually i wouldnt even rate subway but this place deserve all these gold stars for dealing with all their bullshit customers on a daily basis. I went here a few times and got exactly what i wanted within minutes. You just have to be clear when telling them what you want. There is a language barrier so if needed, just repeat once or point and be done with it. Their customer on the other hand are rude asshole. Everytime i went here, there’s always a black guy complaining about every little thing. One time, there was a guy there yelling at the worker: «Add more chicken to my sandwich! This aint africa! Dont play game with me and add more you fool». He got to the end and just walk out still yelling. Gawd damn rude asshole. The guys working behind the counter stood their ground and was very patience. You deserve 4stars for dealing with this crap daily.

OK, OK, it’s a Subway. I shouldn’t be so cranky that the customer service absolutely sucks, but this place is just that bad. I just started a job up the street, and I’ve come here for lunch probably 8 or 10 times now. Subway’s all right by me because their meatless options are pretty good and cheap. But I started to shy away from this location because I had *never* been met with such open contempt from restaurant workers on a consistent basis. Every single time I walk in, they seem to be annoyed that I’m ordering from them, and god forbid I try and order anything they might be out of, because the disgruntled factor goes up by about 50. I fancy myself to be a friendly, easy-going customer, but I’ve never once gotten so much as a smile out of these guys. On bad days, they don’t even make eye contact. I almost said something to them the other day but decided to just stop going instead. Yeah, I don’t know what’s going on behind scenes. And I’m truly sorry about whatever it is, but making your customers miserable isn’t the way to deal with your issues, and I certainly won’t be back.

As many other subways it is owned by some«cheap» people !!! Just another subway that charge for bags — a DC law– they just charged me one time without telling !!! I asked to try the Falafel and the guy was like I can not do that. Does not he know by law you are allowed to taste the ready made food before buying. May God bless Garbanzo. Overall, geto people around the area and working in that subway. Find another subway with a better customer service. It is cross of Metro this is why I ended up there a couple of times.

Horrible subway with poor customer service. They tried to overcharge me and didn’t even know the prices to their sandwiches. Will never visit this location again.

This subway is pretty clean, has tons of seating and it is conveniently located. I ordered a sandwich and they were a bit stingy on the veggies so be aware! Also their customer service seems to be not up to par, but if its a sandwich you want. That will be no problem. For not loading on the veggies and poor customer service they lost 2 stars.

this is by far the worst subway i have ever visited. i am embarrassed it is in my neighborhood – the employee treat the customers like crap and i have heard them make fun of customers in their native tongue. this place needs a boycott so they can understand that the customers they complain about are keeping them alive – close this place down

I didn’t this place was as bad as others have said. Sure, the workers aren’t super friendly or very easy to understand but they are responsive and quick. I came in here this past Sunday night knowing I had very little food at home and after a week away. I was pleasantly surprised to see the special: any footlong for $ 5. I ordered my footlong and was out the door within a few minutes. I was bummed there was no offer to toast the bread but I was anxious to get home as it was a very long day. Sandwich was great. I got a coupon for a free cookie which I may use soon.

I was given horrible customer service. They were out of many items. When asked about items and why they were out of them they just flat out ignored me. Worst experience ever.

This particular Subway store makes their cookies very soft. Whether you get the Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter, Macadamia Nut or Chocolate Chip cookies, you will love how they make them at this Subway. They are very delicious. If you love softly made and great tasting cookies, you should sample the cookies here. I guarantee you this store will become your cookie spot. Yes, I said it. A Subway franchise shop will become your cookie spot.

When we ate here, the place was swamped with customers, so this may color my review. Beware. This was the worst Subway I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something because I have never been to a Subway that I liked.(My wife and kids like it, so I go.) The staff could not have cared less. The place was filthy. They were out of several basic menu items including cookies, several brands of chips, and several sandwich meats. When asked whether the cookies would be ready a little later, the guy acted impatient and inconvenienced, like I was wasting his time with such a dumb question. Everybody behind the counter, except maybe one dude, was testy and surly. If you are starving to death, eat there if you must. Otherwise, I’d avoid this place.

I came in here, was nicely greeting by two employees, and then informed about a buy one get one free deal for the Steak and Cheese sub. I looked towards the back counter, and saw two subs already made, wrapped and ready to go. Why are you trying to sell me your mistakes? Is $ 5 really that important to your end of day sales? Why can’t you let your employees eat the sandwich? That’s what I did when I worked in food service. Oh, this piece of chocolate is cracked. I can’t sell it, so I’ll eat it. Oh, this piece of chocolate is not shiny enough. I’ll eat it. If your employees don’t want the sandwich, you can offer it to a homeless guy on the street. but don’t try to sell it to me!

This would have been four stars, but one star is taken away because of the kids hanging out there. This is a very good location with fast friendly workers, but some of the patrons turn me off of going there. They hold up the line with their rude cellphone use and inane demands. not an isolated incident. Other than that, its a good location with great employees who have to put up with such crap.

Thank god for the location of this Subway. I was over at the DC Convention Center earlier this week setting up a booth for a show. I had eaten a small muffin for breakfast and around 4:00 pm realized I needed to eat something quick before I crashed and burned. This one is right across the street from the DC Convention Center — so the location is nice. What I cannot understand is just what the HELL was going on inside of that location. I walked in — and it was like entering a heat wave — it must have been over 90 degrees inside. Either the AC was not working, or the thermostat was not and the heat was running full blast — on a day when it was 69 degrees out. I ordered the 12 inch Tuna sub on wheat with lettuce, tomato, red onions, black olives, jalapenos, banana peppers, and the chopped hot pepper relish(no mayo and no cheese). I got a bag of chips and a bottle of water to go — I could not wait to escape. The other annoying thing was there was about 8 teenagers hanging out — very close to the register area — they were blocking customer access to the cold drink fridge and the chips rack — and they were being extremely loud. Hopefully this is not an ongoing condition for this location. When I got back — the Tuna sub was the usual quality that one can expect from Subway — and I hungrily wolfed down the sub. I’d give the food 4 stars, but the overall rating is going to have to be 3 stars, due to the fact that is was so friggin’ ridiculously hot in there — and the loud teenagers loitering.
