This woman is seriously AMAZING. Recently had a breast reduction done by her (Oct. 10, 2014) and she was such a pleasure to work with. She is very thorough with her work. When you come into her office it’s short, sweet, and to the point. You sit down and discuss what she plans to do or what she thinks is best in her professional opinion, she asks you what you wish to accomplish, then asks if you have any other questions. This woman is seriously a genius plastic surgeon. Her bedside manner is terrific and she has the personality of an angel. So would I recommend her to other people? HECK YES I WOULD! Dr. Otero is the woman you need to contact if you plan or are even thinking about planning any type of breast reconstruction surgery.
