I finally decided to join the tablet nation and went in hoping to walk out with a device and a contract. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the device I wanted in stock. So after much indecision, I decided to buy one and have it shipped. Kofi was in patient attendance as I went back and forth about which tablet I should get and expressed both regret and surprise when we got to the shipping part and it wasn’t free or fast. I elected for slow and cheap for delivery, with an estimated delivery date of forever, and went my merry way. This was yesterday. Today, I came home to a brand new tablet: Kofi had bumped up the shipping with no extra charge. Totally made my day.

I’m not sure if the young man who helped me still works there but he was the ONLY reason why I even came back to that T-​Mobile store!!!
He knew more about the phones than the manager!!!
First, the manager sold me a SD card that wasn’t compatible with my phone and then he tried to tell me something was wrong with the unit I had and that I should think about buying a new phone.
So another employee comes out and overheard the conversation. He stepped right in and tells the manager he’d help me. He was extremely helpful and helped me to understand that phone didn’t support the SD card that was sold to me. He even showed me the specs from the website. Now why couldn’t the manager had done that?
Of course I was furious but this guy calmed me down and sold me what I needed… he even threw in a case for the trouble!
If he’s still there, I HIGHLY recommend this store. If the manager still exists, shop online.

The wait always seems to be kinda long here — it would be better if the employees had a system for acknowledging customers when they came in so you know they noticed you and are waiting. That being said, once you do get service, the employees are very, very knowledgeable and have been able to resolve all my issues with no problems at all, including lots of good advice on using my new Android phone, fixing and replacing a defective device no questions asked, and including freebies. They were very patient and eventually found resolution to all my problems. Recommended location if you have a tricky problem.
