Christopher & Doniyelle went above and beyond to assist my husband and I get the right phones, the right plans and help us to get everything switched over. And they were HILARIOUS, so we had a blast while we waited. I can’t speak to every T-Mobile, but this one was AWESOME!

I’ve been using T-Mobile nearly five years now and can’t wait to cancel my plan. When you call T-Mobile, the online agent is bound to give you different information every time I call them. Customer service agents are NOT well trained. I have a plan of $ 175, that’s not cheap at all. They don’t have any real reason for why they charge me extra fees every single month, and I have to call customer support every single month on the phone for an hour or so to express my frustration and get a my bill adjusted to $ 175 per Month. This hassle has been happening for the past year, I’ve been way more than patient to deal with such a thing. Today the supervisor at t mobile’s customer’s support Has told me that it is fine with them to cancel the service, because they have enough customers to keep them In business, I’m not happy with such answer. This is how you get treated by T-mobile customer service after a long five years relationship worth $ 10,500 that I paid in the past five years ! I can’t wait to switch to AT&T or Sprint way cheaper and way better customer service and hassle FREE! To recap stay away from t mobile, they won’t take care of their customers after years and years !

Great store. It is large and has a lot of accessories. The staff there are great. They were super helpful with an elderly man having trouble with his phone from a different company. I personally dealt with Anthony who took the time to answer all my questions and explained any potential fees and costs I may incur. They had the technology I was looking for. The store was super clean and in a prime location. He gave me time to read all the fine print too and he did not seem rushed. He did not use any pushy sales tactics. He asked if I needed a car charger or case and when I answered no, he simply smiled and said okay and did not proceed with any pushy sales statements. I appreciate that and it just makes the experience less pushy and more comfortable. I think this is a great location.

Dont buy their unlimited data, its a joke, not all at 4g and rarely works, very poor coverage in Marin, and many other locations across the country… wifi is a cool feature, but plan on that being your primary source of coverage

I’ve dealt with t-mobile in many different places including California, Arizona, Colorado, and now DC — I have to say the best service I have ever gotten was at this location. The employees(yes multiple people helped to solve my problem) did everything in their power to help me out, and while waiting for a new phone to arrive by mail, they gave me a loaner phone to use. They also transferred all of my information from the old phone to the new one. I would not go anywhere else!

Service here was great, they issued me a new SIM card, changed my address, and reactivated my service in less than five minutes. The address is misleading though, it should be more like 1099 E street since that’s where the entrance is.
