2 words to describe them — money hungry
They don’t care what your personal situation is and certainly don’t make an effort to work with you. But if you’re paying in full cash, they’re more than glad to help. Murphy is quite old and chatty. A meeting with him takes hours and isn’t very fruitful. Their agent, Chris, stopped returning my calls when he found out I am not a millionaire. And Tare — she works on rentals only but doesn’t have the landlord’s best interest in mind. She is also quite snarky.
Their office is in shambles! Avoid them if you can!
