I would think a company that takes donations would not be so picky as to what they are given. Yes, the website did say the driver has discretion but this driver was making excuses on what not to take. Nothing was wrong with anything that I was donating. After awhile my husband and I just told the drivers to leave. It was very upsetting and I will never ever donate anything ever to The Salvation Army. All I wanted to do was do something good and the driver was a complete jerk.
