This has to be one of the most disappointing business transaction Ive ever done. Being a buyer for a small boutique I like to look for unique designs and tickled tutu seemed to be perfect. After ordering over $ 700 worth of merchandise and paying for most of it up front I was so upset when the merchandise never came and the owner was unreachable. Lucky for me I paid with my amex and they refunded me the money in full. Such a shame to have such talent and such bad customer service.

Since I had paid so early via Paypal, I was not able to dispute the payment and receive a refund. I’ve also reported this to the BBB so hopefully this will help me get my $ 46 back. She’s also threatened to take me to small claims court for slander! If your mom is an attorney and you majored in Poli Sci… you must know the definition of slander. TRUTHS: 1) I ordered and paid you on March 13, 2013. I have a Paypal receipt. I also have an email from Paypal for my payment. 2) You stated you had the supplies and was ready to go per email dated Wednesday, March 13, 201311:32AM: Hi Ivy! Ok so sorry for the delay in response. Apparently I am the only tutu designer on the East Coast as I have been SLAMMED!!! So let’s get back to your daughter’s 1st birthday Tickled Tutu outfit. I have the supplies ready to go in order to create the following outfit that you mentioned in your earlier email to me: You had also requested that her name be added if possible; and that’s totally do-able. The price for you for this outfit; which consists of the Tickled Tutu, Embroidered Top, headband and bow; as well as shipping and tax would be $ 46. So if this sounds like something that you’d like to move forward with, please let me know at your earliest convenience so I can ensure you get to the top of my to do list!!! 3) I have emailed you multiple times asking about the tutu. I have proof and I can post copies of them anywhere. 4) I have called. I have a copy of the phone log of all calls I have placed. So please take me to court so I can get my money back!

HORRIBLEPERSON! Do not trust her or give her your money! She will lie to you and not follow through with your order… she doesn’t respond to emails or posts and then will block you. There are plenty of other more honorable ‘tutu’ companies on Etsy… stay away from The Tickled Tutu LLC…

DONOTBUYFROMTHISVENDOREVER!!! She stole my money and left my 2 year old daughter without a Halloween costume!!! I worked with her one other time and all was OK but then I purchased a 2 year old T shirt it was lost and the mail I emailed her several times before she responded and finally the shirt was hand delivered, she was extremely apologetic… so I said… you know what my child loved her birthday tutu and asked to be Tinkerbell so I ordered from her again BIGMISTAKE!!! She made an announcement that her family was moving so I emailed her and asked if she had time before she left to make a costume I will attach email later she said sure no problem I would love to make it. She sent me an invoice Oct 18 I paid the invoice Oct 22 and I never heard from her again. I emailed, FB messaged, texted, called and no response and here it is Oct 30 and still no reply with a refund or my tinkerbell costume. So obviously because she has chosen to shut the business down she could careless about her clients… oh well… I guess lesson learned for me. All I can hope is that no one else will ever be taken advantage of as I was. Per her own words she is letting the business die so please spread the word and help her in this process by assisting her by NOT buying anything else because you will not get it. Anyone who knows me knows that I am the nicest person, and even through it all I sent her nice comments just requesting the costume. I held out until the day before i needed to even request a refund because I was praying that she had a HEART. I was wrong!!!
