I didn’t think this was very cool. Way too many other more interesting things to see in D.C.

I wouldn’t make the Warner Walk of Fame a destination per se, whereas I refused to leave Los Angeles without stopping by Grumman’s Chinese Theater, but if you are in the Metro Center vicinity, it is certainly worth a stop. As well as the stars mentioned by Jennifer, they also have Whoopi Goldberg, Melissa Etheridge, B.B. King, and other legends.

Did you know that our very own Walk of Fame for the East coast exists here in DC? Okay, so it’s not Grumman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood(we have about 50 stars represented and they have about 2500), but it’s a good copy. And we actually have stars on ours that they do not have on theirs! Basically, the walk consists of a sidewalk that runs 13th Street, NW with brass stars set in slabs of concrete, their signatures and occasional personalized touches by the stars themselves — each of which is dedicated to stars who performed in the Warner Theatre since it reopened, stars like Chris Rock, Frank Sinatra, Shirley McLain, Bonnie Raitt, Dave Chappelle and Prince.
