Thomas Doyle is a lifesaver! I called him in the midst of a serious crisis: I’d had a bad tenant and a bad property management company that screwed me over. I needed a new tenant badly! Thomas immediately sprung into action, brokering maintenance companies for repairs, doing multiple walk throughs, hosting open houses and even getting his hands dirty and doing a little cleaning himself to make sure the house was ready to be shown. He kept me abreast every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure my house got rented. What he didn’t know, he always made sure to check with those who did. From hiring to renting, it took about two months — about thirty days of repairs and thirty days of showing. He even stayed on a little longer AFTER the tenant was in place to give me time to secure a property management company. I would absolutely recommend this man for anyone looking to have their home rented!!!
