I like the concept and the process is quite easy, especially since you get the ties delivered to your mailbox(for apartment dwellers). Unfortunately, the customer service is really bad. My last return of ties was delivered per the tracking code but not updated in the tie society account. The company has yet to respond to multiple inquiries via their own messaging service and the customer service email. There’s no phone number to call either. I understand that items can get lost in the process, but having no real ability to contact the company is unacceptable.

Terrible, no… no service. Signed up, received my first order and then realized I was double billed for one month tiesociety service. Emailed customer service four times as there is no phone number. I never heard back from them ever. I would not take a chance with a company that has this poor of service.

My wife knows that my wardrobe is limited and I don’t like paying a lot of money for fancy clothes so she decided to sign me up for Tie Society for Christmas and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The selection of luxury clothing and accessories is amazing and definitely tops my flannel shirt collection. Outstanding!!!
