I love Train Like a Pro! Roger is a high-​energy, passionate person whose enthusiasm is KEY when motivating his clients! I have been training with him for over 3 years and even throughout a pregnancy (up to 8 months!). He kept me interested, focused and motivated in working out, despite the difficult task of balancing the busy personal & professional schedules in my life. He preaches «a family that exercises together, stays together» and my husband and I can attest to the benefits that working out together can offer. I HIGHLY recommend Roger to anyone looking for an improvement to their overall fitness level and health.
