Do NOT use this company. They are terrible, unreliable, and the woman Wendy turned out to be unfriendly and disrespectful.
There are several other services out there who are more professional, honest, and can do a better job.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They told me that they would come to my house and do an inspection, set up traps, and seal holes for $ 395. They were very clear that this was a flat fee. There was not even a hint of the fact that this fee could change depending on the situation. After they came out, they did a total bait and switch. The fee went up to $ 1,395!!! The reason cited was that instead of a few openings I had 6. When I called and spoke to the office manager to tell them that I felt tricked, she simply said, «well we did not know that you would have multiple openings where the squirrels were getting in.» When I asked why they would not have told me upfront that the $ 395 was not a flat fee, but rather the actual fee would depend on the number of openings, the office manager just kept repeating the same thing over and over to me «that they had no way of knowing.» I even suggested that they change the way the estimate their fees to avoid future upset customers, but they completely refused to acknowledge any wrong. Even if I knew for a fact that they would do a great job, the «bait and switch» and lack of apology left such a bad taste in my mouth that I cancelled my service and will look elsewhere. The company did, however, agree to refund my $ 79 inspection fee (of which I was never informed of in the first place).

Excellent service! I thought I had rats, but Trap Pro determined it was a squirrel. These guys went on not only my roof but my connecting neighbor’s roof as well. Sealed openings with the proper sealant, put traps on the openings that would allow the squirrel to get out and not back in. Once the squirrel was out, they removed the trap and properly sealed the opening. AND only charged $ 125!
