Took note of the comments below and went. I was very pleased by the staff and the rates offered as I recently returned from traveling and wanted to switch my money back. Best place to do it in DC, guaranteed.

By far the best place to exchange in DC. I checked a competitor across town and saved 12 cents per dollar on a U.S./Euro exchange on 7÷31÷15. That’s huge. The fact they are incredibly friendly and competent are added bonuses.

Great place to do currency exchanges. Rates are excellent, staff is helpful, and location is central. I highly recommend it.

Now this may not concern everyone. But if you are exchanging any foreign currency to U. S dollars then this is the place to be.
Best rates and flat fees of 5 $ of any amount up to 500 $ and 10 for up to 1000 $.
I personally exchanged United Arab Emirates dirhams. They also have better rates on Euros than other exchange spots in DC — which are very limited to Travelex and some other agencies that charge more for low rates.
